Hello! Gwen’s gx collection is available now at ShoeDazzle!

From the ShoeDazzle web site: “The debut collection features shoes and handbags incorporating
diverse influences from tribal to punk, in a graphic palette of black,
white, red and cobalt.”

“Key silhouettes include slim island platforms, single soles, high
wedge sandals, and oversized totes. Equally reflective of Gwen’s
trendsetting style and the emerging runway footwear looks for 2014,
the line is both structured and sexy.”

There’s an article on instyle.com about the line:

“Gwen Stefani already manages to dazzle us daily with her flawless street style (how does she whip together a cute ensemble every single morning before she leaves the house?), and she’s always giving us outfit envy with pieces from her L.A.M.B. collection. But now, the expecting star is taking her stellar style one step further – with an affordable accessory collection for Shoedazzle.

The singer has teamed up with the online shoe retailer to launch her new label, gx by Gwen Stefani, featuring two dozen pairs of sexy stilettos and seven handbags priced between $69.95 and $110.95.

From mesh and lace-up detailing to the graphic palette of black, white, red, and cobalt, the pieces mix elements of tribal, pop, punk, and street influences, nodding to African inspiration through wax-cord lacing, braiding, weaving, and patterns. Expect a lively mix of slim island platforms, single soles, high wedge sandals, and oversized totes to add a rocker chic vibe to your wardrobe this season.

And since the collection plays off of Stefani’s personal favorites, we asked her how she defines her style in the first place. “I’m all about mixing things up,” she tells InStyle.com exclusively. “I’ve always loved a casual and tomboy style mashed up with Old-Hollywood glamour. I love mixing styles that almost clash. Feminine and masculine, modern and vintage, street and designer, glamorous and tough. It’s about finding the right balance.” When it comes to choosing her outfit each day, the star accesses her mood first and foremost, but there’s one look you might catch her wearing pretty regularly. “I don’t really have a ‘go to outfit,’” she says. “It all depends on how I’m feeling and what I’m doing on any given day…but I do always love a slouchy pair of boy pants with a pair of sky-high heels or boots.””

Gwen was also interviewed by E! News:

“There are few things we love more than a sneak peek and Gwen Stefani has provided us with a truly special one today. The designer is letting us in on the early stages of her creative process by sharing her hand-drawn sketches from her new collaboration with ShoeDazzle.

The collection, gx by Gwen Stefani, launches February 26 and will include shoes and handbags.”I created gx with the goal of making amazing shoes and bags at really great prices,” the expecting singer told E! News. “Gx is super luxurious and stylish but still afforadable.””

“How affordable? All items are under $110. Our credit cards thank you in advanced, Gwen!

Of course, the line is influenced by the pop star’s signature style: edgy-chic with a dash of sexy. Her sketches reveal a strappy sandal, a fancy wedge, and a not-so-basic pump. All three styles (Chiyo, Kana and Mayuko) are sky high—definitely above four inches. And although the colors aren’t shown in the drawings we have confirmed the collection features a graphic palette of black, white, red and cobalt.

It’s been quite a busy pregnancy for Stefani, who is currently expecting her third child with husband Gavin Rossdale. Just yesterday it was announced that her L.A.M.B line would be teaming up with Hanky Panky for a lingerie collection.”

Gwen also talked to Teen Vogue about the DWP line that’s coming out this week. An official web site has been launched. You can sign up to be notified when the site “goes live”. Once you sign up, they will e-mail you a link to download the lookbook!
